Bill Pay Upgrade - October 23, 2017

On October 23, 2017, you will have a new and better way to pay your bills when Century Bank upgrades our current bill payment system.

Before the Upgrade

  • REMEMBER! Bank's Bill Pay service will not be available from the morning of October 20 through the morning of October 23, 2017.
  • NOTE! Payment history, scheduled payments, payee and account information will convert to the new system.1

After the Upgrade

  • CONFIRM! On October 23, 2017, you may want to confirm and verify scheduled payments to payees.1
  • CONTACT US! If you have any questions about the upgrade to your Century Bank Bill Pay Service, please feel free to contact us during normal business hours by calling 505.995.1200 or stopping by any of our convenient locations. (Branch and hour information)

  • Single and recurring payments from multiple accounts
  • Make person-to-person electronic payments
  • eBills feature that will provide bill summary information with the ability to set up auto-payments

  • Multiple reporting options for users including exporting data into Excel
  • Calendar options with drill down features
  • Categorize payees and adding other categories

Century Bank Business Bill Pay 2 is designed to provide your business with solutions to meet your distinct needs. Business Bill Pay features include:

  • Initiating single and recurring bill payments
  • Multi user roles and permissions for employees to help manage the business bill pay account
  • eBills feature that will provide bill summary information with the ability to set up auto-payments
  • Person-to-person payments
  • Expanded alert functions including reminders, text and email alerts
  • Multiple reporting options for users including exporting data into Excel
  • Calendar options with drill down features
  • Categorize payees and adding other categories
  • Importing feature for payees
  • Options to add memos or descriptive information when issuing a check
  • Improved security features for you and your users. A new layer of security requires that you select and provide answers to a set of security questions that the user will respond to when adding a new bill payee or changing the access of a user. These challenge questions are specific to Bill Pay and are separate from the challenge questions for Online Banking

1 Prior to the conversion, you may wish to print hard copies of payees, names and account numbers as an abundance of caution.

2 10 monthly Business Online Bill Payments are provided at no charge. Each additional Business Online Bill Payment during the statement cycle will cost $0.40 each.

3 Mobile Banking access is provided at no additional cost: however, you may incur charges to receive internet, cellular or other data service on your mobile device. You may also incur charges from your cellular carrier when sending and receiving information in connection with your use of Mobile Banking.
