*Fixed introductory promotional rate for the first 24 months (promotional period) from account opening of 6.25% APR for applications submitted and approved beginning March 25, 2026, and ending August 31, 2026. After the promotional period: The interest rate becomes a variable rate equal to WSJ Prime plus either 1.50% or 2.00%, depending on the approved credit line amount for the remaining eight years of the ten-year draw period. The loan during the repayment period amortizes for principal and interest over 15 years at WSJ plus 1.50% to 2.00% depending on WSJ at the time of the repayment period. For example, the annual percentage rate for a loan of $100,000 at 6.25% with $1,000 processing fee would be 6.25% APR for the introductory period. An annual fee of $50.00 is charged each year of the draw period.
